STRATEGIC ROLE OF HUMAN RESOURCE POLICIES AND PRACTICE IN ORGANISATION CHANGE
Main Article Content
Abstract
Human resource policies and strategies need to either evolve or revolutionize to keep up with
the dynamic and growing Powerful Sector. As part of their reforms, the Indian government
has separated the various companies responsible for making and selling ammunition and
missile systems into their own distinct organizations.
In most cases, the focus of the R&D efforts is on improving the processes of generating,
transmitting, and distributing electricity. From the developer's vantage point, manufacturing
(or sourcing from manufacturers) is just as crucial as project development. These tasks all
call for unique abilities. The focus of this study is on missiles and ammunition.
