Abstract
The tremendous technical development witnessed by the information and communication
technology sector in the last two decades has provided tools, technologies and services that made
people around the world as if they were living in one neighborhood, and not a small village as it
was thought, and the effects of this communication exceeded what was believed in the political,
social, economic and cultural aspects. These technologies are what is known as social networks
through which millions of people participate, each according to his interest and inclinations.
