1. Refund Eligibility:

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment.
- Unintentional multiple submissions of the same article.
- Technical issues on our website causing payment errors.

2. Refund Request Timeframe:
Refund requests must be made within 14 days from the date of payment. We will not consider refund requests beyond this timeframe.

Full refund for duplicate payments.

Please note that purchases of immediate services to publication upon payment are non-refundable. 

6. Refund Methods:

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless an alternative method is agreed upon.

7. Processing Time:

Refunds will be processed within 30 business days from the date of your refund request. The time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

8. Policy Changes:

TURCOMAT reserves the right to make changes to this refund policy. Any changes will be posted on our website, and customers will be notified through email. It is your responsibility to review our refund policy periodically for updates.
