The research was conducted at Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Beriman Balikpapan from March to April 2021 with 145 respondents who were SIMRS users. Data analysis was performed using path analysis. The results showed that the system quality variable had no effect on user satisfaction with a significance value of 0.844 (p> 0.05). There is a variable effect of information quality on user satisfaction with a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.05). There is a variable effect of service quality on user satisfaction with a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.05). There is an effect of user satisfaction on benefits with a significance value of 0.033 (p <0.05).
