Customer care and customer relationship maintenance at Gamuda Land Celadon City real estate project in Vietnam

Abstract
CRM is viewed as a strategic software used to learn more about customers’ needs and
behaviors in order to develop stronger relationships with them. Good customer relationships are
central to business success. One of the problems of CRM is implementing the CRM system
accordingly, combining it with existing information systems and, most importantly, accepting it
by consumers and users. The Celadon City real estate project’s success is mostly due to the
Gamuda Land's CRM system. Through research data, collected articles we find out the factors
that help Gamuda Land's CRM system work towards success of its business units in different
real estate projects.
