Main Article Content
Abstract
The most important quality of the present era is considered as the extensive use of information technologies (Akkoyunlu, 1998). The use of information technologies in educational environments leads us to educational technologies. The use of educational technologies helps students to better understand the subject at hand by establishing interaction between them and the subject (Akpınar, 2004). The scope of education technology comprises all kinds of materials and equipment in a broad range from chalk and blackboard to educational videos and virtual software (Akpınar, 2004). A technological innovation recently introduced to this range of education technologies is the interactive whiteboard.
