Main Article Content
Abstract
Good nutrition is an important part of leading a healthy lifestyle. However, it is not easy to maintain a well-balanced diet every day especially when we are eating in a restaurant. Besides, people nowadays have low awareness about the food ingredients and it is not easy to measure the nutrition when people are preparing their own food or having meal outside. In addition, application such as Foodpanda, GrabFood and Facebook only recommend users about the best restaurant but do not includeinformation about healthy eating. Therefore, the purposeof this project namely Healthy Eat Out application, is to help people to find the nearby healthy food. The app is developed using Android Studio via prototyping methodology to achieve user’s requirements. This application is able to give information about food ingredients to users including how much calories the foodcontain. This can help to extend the knowledge of user about healthy food and create awareness of people when choosing eating outside.
